About Stephanie...
Stephanie believes that healing begins in a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. She is passionate about building authentic therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore life's challenges, develop new skills, and move toward meaningful change.
Stephanie works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. She has extensive experience providing care in outpatient behavioral health, inpatient treatment, and correctional settings, giving her a broad understanding of the many ways emotional wellness can be impacted. She has also worked closely with individuals navigating complex trauma, crisis situations, and significant life stressors.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based care. Stephanie integrates a variety of treatment modalities based on each client's unique needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions. She also holds specialized training in grief counseling and trauma treatment, allowing her to support clients as they process difficult experiences and build resilience.
Stephanie earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Lakeland College with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is committed to ongoing professional development and continually expands her knowledge through advanced training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, healing from past experiences, navigating a difficult transition, or simply looking to better understand yourself, Stephanie strives to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, you'll work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
