Greyley Wellness is in-network with Quartz, Dean, UHC/Optum, UHC, The Alliance, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Prior to your first appointment we will ask for a copy of your insurance card and a credit card to put on file for appointment co-pays/fees.

Initial Assessment, 90 minutes, $200
Individual Therapy Session, 60 minutes, $150
Customized Health Coaching Session, 60 minutes, $100

Wellness Groups
Payment for groups and classes is required prior to start date via credit card.
