Insurance Networks
Greyley Wellness is in-network with Quartz and Dean commercial insurance plans.
Prior to your first appointment we will ask for a copy of your insurance card and a credit card to put on file for appointment co-pays/fees.

Self Pay
We also offer self-pay for clients who wish to pay out of pocket for services and not utilize insurance.
Current rates as of 8/1/25. Subject to change:
Initial Assessment, 90 minutes, $200
Individual Therapy Session, 60 minutes, $150
Customized Health Coaching Session, 60 minutes, $100

Wellness Groups
Payment for groups and classes is required prior to start date via credit card.
