Insurance Networks
Greyley Wellness is in-network with Quartz, Dean, and The Alliance commercial insurance plans. We are also a Badgercare provider.
Prior to your first appointment we will ask for a copy of your insurance card and a credit card to put on file for appointment co-pays/fees.

Self Pay
We also offer self-pay for clients who wish to pay out of pocket for services and not utilize insurance.
Current rates as of 1/1/26. Subject to change:
Initial Assessment, $225
Individual Therapy Session, $175
Couples Therapy Session, $200
Customized Health Coaching Session, $100

Wellness Groups
Payment for groups and classes is required prior to start date via credit card.
