About Rachel...

Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) who works with adults through individual therapy, both in person and via telehealth. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. She also supports clients experiencing substance use concerns, approaching this work with compassion and without judgment.
 

Rachel’s approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based and experiential approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She believes that healing often involves developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, processing experiences that may continue to impact us, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have helped us survive and adapt. Rachel works collaboratively with clients to create space for insight, emotional processing, and meaningful change.

At the heart of Rachel’s work is the belief that each person carries an innate capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. She strives to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, curiosity, and respect, while honoring each client’s unique story and pace. Whether you are moving through a significant loss, working to heal from past or ongoing trauma, navigating a life transition, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, Rachel is honored to walk alongside you.
