About Rachel...

Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) who works with adults through individual therapy, both in person and via telehealth. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, intergenerational trauma, substance use concerns, and significant life changes.
Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Rachel incorporates Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward lasting healing. She believes each person has an innate capacity for growth and resilience, and tailors treatment to meet each client's unique goals and needs.
Rachel strives to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect. Whether you're seeking support for recovery, healing from past experiences, or simply looking for a place to better understand yourself, she is honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
