Grateful Living Group

To provide focused psychoeducation for CCS clients (ages 18+) to learn how to identify
areas of gratitude, learn practices to reflect and acknowledge appreciation across various settings and through various platforms. Group members will recognize the role gratitude and positive reframing plays in resilience, protective factors and daily stressors/mood. Group members will feel more comfortable expressing, exhibiting and encouraging gratitude.

Length: 6 Week Session

Balancing Rocks

It’s Boundaries Baby!

To provide focused education and skills for CCS clients (ages 18+) who will be introduced to CBT model for setting and holding boundaries to decrease guilt and increase self-compassion.

Length: 6 Week Session

The Goal Getter

 To provide focused psychoeducation for CCS clients (ages 18+) to learn how to identify areas of strength and areas of improvement in daily life, learn SMART goals and the value of detail-oriented practices, create platforms of visualization for objectives and to identify ways to strengthen current and new habits related to physical, mental, emotional and social health. 

Length: 6 Week Session

Dates:Wednesdays October 23-Nov 27th
Time: 4:30-5:30pm

The Goal Getter- Teen Edition

To provide focused psychoeducation for CCS clients (8-12th grade) to learn how to identify areas of strength and areas of improvement in daily life, learn SMART goals and the value of detail-oriented practices, create platforms of visualization for objectives and to identify ways to strengthen current and new habits related to physical, mental, emotional and social health.

Interior Decor

Seasons Feelings

The holidays are a complex time met with a mix of emotions. It can be helpful to explore some of the difficult themes associated with this season and pair them with more healing, recovery-focused mindsets. Participants will enhance their awareness of self-beliefs, healthy boundaries and coping skills around isolation, commitments, grief and conflict. Through education, processing and skill based activities, participants will increase connectedness, functional capacity, relational harmony and hope.
