About Anna...

Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports adolescents through adults in managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She believes deeply in the power of self-discovery and in understanding how childhood experiences shape who we are today.

Anna specializes in helping adolescents & teens navigate identity, build emotional resilience, and strengthen their relationships, offering a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space during this pivotal stage of life.

She also works with couples facing intimacy concerns, communication breakdowns, and life transitions—supporting in rebuilding connection, deepening trust, and cultivating healthier patterns together.

With families, co-parents, and blended families, Anna supports complex dynamics by helping each member feel heard and fostering more compassionate, effective ways of relating.

Her approach is compassionate and client-centered, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and relational therapy. Anna is committed to walking alongside you as you build insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing.
