About Bailey...

It’s hard to be a human, but we don’t have to do it alone. Holding an LPC license and a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Bailey is a relational therapist who leads with the idea of, ‘if it’s important to you, it’s important’. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach, and Bailey tailors her work to meet you where you are, walk alongside you and build genuine, authentic, real, therapeutic relationships. 

Throughout her journey in the field, Bailey is grounded in her experience working in mental health case management, teaching at Indiana University, facilitating programs at the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and incorporates her experience in the way she seeks to understand, explore, challenge and recognize areas of stress and also resilience that her clients navigate. 

Using a curated blend of EMDR, ACT, CBT, polyvagal and relational therapy, Bailey specializes in work with young adults, college students, young women, educators/teachers and aspiring therapists/helping professionals to process identity building, boundary setting, relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustment to life transitions. 

Many things can be true at the same time, and Bailey is ready to walk with you to hold life’s many feelings. 

Outside of therapy, you can catch Bailey watching reality tv, drinking coffee, reading/journaling or at a hockey game.
