About Hannah...

Hannah enters the therapeutic space with a warm and compassionate posture. She works from a wholistic, strengths-based, client-centered framework to support her clients take steps towards change, growth, and healing. Hannah engages with a reflective style to support clients in going deeper and peeling back the layers of their experience to get to know themselves and pursue change and growth. She believes in the way our past informs our present, the power of witnessing our own stories, and the impact of self-compassionate engagement with all parts of ourselves. Hannah sees each client as unique, with their own strengths, needs, and goals and seeks to create a therapeutic space that is safe and non-judgemental to support all clients in their therapeutic process.

Hannah integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies (DNMS – a form of parts work), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into her work with clients. She has particular interest and experience working with folks navigating the impact of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, attachment challenges, life transitions/change, occupational stress, and eating disorder and body image related concerns. With a trauma-sensitive, collaborative lens, Hannah seeks to support her clients in their individualized journey towards healing, health, and wholeness.
