Linnea is an LPC whose style is warm, client-driven, and strengths-focused. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you have sought counseling for many years, Linnea will tailor her counseling approach to meet you where you’re at. Her hope is that your work together can be collaborative, creative, and tuned in to what you need most in this moment.

As a naturally curious person herself, she invites you to be curious about your life experiences, too. She brings this curiosity to session through person-centered and strengths-focused frameworks that encourage you to examine where and how you learned what you know, wonder how events have shaped your way of navigating the world, and rediscover your strengths. Linnea brings a gentle humor to sessions by acknowledging that while issues in our lives can be serious and the work you do in therapy can be hard, there is absolutely room for moments of joy and laughter in the process of healing.

Outside of work, Linnea enjoys spending as much time outdoors as she can. She feels most connected to her surroundings when running, biking, cross country skiing, and kayaking. She also keeps her mind and hands active through reading, knitting, and drawing.
